Pure rosewater and glycerin with Aloe Vera and organic witch hazel extract gently purifies, balances and tones delicate facial skin, leaving you refreshed and younger looking. - To Use: After facial cleansing and exfoliating, moisten a cotton or cosmetic pad with toner. Stroke over your face and neck using upward motion avoiding your eyes.
