We hand make each Spa-so-soft cotton Hand Mitts for you and fill them with removable inserts of whole buckwheat hulls (retain heat wonderfully), dried herbs and essential oils.

Herbal Hand Mitts are great for penetrating heat therapy to relax muscles and relieve tension in your hands and as part of your hand pampering beauty treatments to facilitate maximum absorption of moisturizing hand potions. To reduce inflamation and ease soreness, place herbal inerts in the freezer for 15-20 minutes, replace in Hand Mitts and place over hands for soothing cold therapy. These Hand Mitts can also be used indiviually for spot treatment on the body for heat or cold therapy.

Remove the herbal inserts from Hand mitts. Heat the inserts in the microwave on High in 30 second intervals up to 2 minutes. Replace inserts by slipping into Hand Mitt pocket and secure with velcro tabs, Slip your hands inside the mitts, sit and relax 5-10 minutes.
